Be assured that the well-being of
our residents, staff and guests is our highest priority as the
COVID-19 (coronavirus) spreads across the country. Effective
immediately, our leasing offices will be closed to the public for
the next 30 days, however we continue to be available during
normal business hours for phone and email
communication. Additionally, we have closed all
public amenity and common areas. You will be able
to pay rent and submit work orders on line, and we are
available over the phone and through email to assist you,
including arranging a method for you to drop off check and money
order payments. We will continue to provide updates as they
become available.
The Elms is a 24-unit, garden-style apartment community located in Carthage, Mississippi.
